I had an excellent experience at Serenity Dental. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist, Anastasia, greeted me warmly and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. She was friendly, professional, and very helpful in answering all my initial questions. My dental care was provided by Dr. Nair and Dr. Rao, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Both dentists were highly professional, attentive, and took the time to explain every step of the treatment in detail, which really helped me feel at ease. They were gentle, patient, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. I truly felt like I was in good hands, and I left with complete confidence in the care I received. As a person whose entire life, has been a struggle with crippling anxiety just walking in the front door of a dentist office. I can tell you there is something different and wonderful about Brinda Nair, as a care giver, they have the care and the giving part down pat. Moreover nothing feels painted on, there’s no contrivances, they’re trustworthy with their words and clear with their actions.
