Dental care on a new level: the staff are welcoming, friendly and not pushy. The dentist, hygienist and other medical staff are soothing, patient and all have great “bedside manner.” Overall health and dental care is important to this group and it shows in the way they greet and care for everyone. My daughter actually likes coming to her dental appointments.

I’ve been coming here for years! I had a lapse in dentist attendance for a few years prior to joining Serenity Dental and the Doctors helped me calm and informed. All their hygienists and administrative staff are so nice and helpful on every visit and I actually look forward to cleanings now. The location can be a little out of the way if you don’t live closer to West Austin but it’s worth it for consistent and compassionate care.

I love Dr Nair so much. She’s gentle and kind, so it’s a relaxing experience. She’ll create a treatment plan for you to follow if necessary (it was) and her staff is there to help you along the way. She definitely cares about doing an excellent job and her patients well being. She’s the best. Bailey at the front desk is always willing to help. I love this place!

Serenity Dental! I cannot tell the interwebs how blessed I am to have found this practice. Everyone on staff is professional, knowledgeable, and so very nice to work with at visits. They make you feel safe and you are well looked after during your visit. I would recommend them to everyone. Just through with my deep cleaning and going back for a filling and crown. Dr. Nair made a plan for me because I need a lot more additional work. Thanks to the plan and the fact that they will work with you and your insurance on payments I will be getting my work completed within the next 2 years. Yes, I need that much work! lol

From the moment you step into the office, you’re welcomed by a friendly, warm atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. Dr. Nair is not only extremely knowledgeable but also takes the time to explain everything clearly, making you feel confident and informed about your dental health. During my visit, Dr. Nair educated me on how my bite was causing excessive wear on my teeth, even leading to a chip in my front tooth. They did an iTero scan which was quick and easy thanks to Elisabeth the lead dental assistant. The scan provided a high-tech, visual image of everything Dr. Nair discussed, allowing me to see the wear patterns on my teeth and my bite alignment. She gave me personalized advice on how to prevent further damage and protect my smile, empowering me with the knowledge to take better care of my teeth. Esme, the dental hygienist, did a fantastic job with my cleaning. She was extremely gentle compared to other cleanings I’ve had in the past, and still very thorough. It was one of the most comfortable and detailed cleanings I’ve ever experienced. Every part of my experience, from the attentive staff to the state-of-the-art technology, made me feel like I was in the best hands possible. If you want a dentist who prioritizes your well-being, educates you along the way, and uses the latest technology, I highly recommend Dr. Nair. You won’t be disappointed!

Serenity Dental and the staff are highly recommended for anyone seeking a comfortable and caring dental visit. The entire staff is awesome, but I want to give a big shout out to Natalie who assists the doctors during dental procedures. Natalie’s calm and reassuring manner significantly eased any anxiety. Each step of the process was explained clearly, and all questions were answered. Natalie consistently checked my comfort level and provided gentle care, this resulted in a less stressful and positive experience.

Serenity Dental is by far the best dentistry office I have ever been to. The staff are so sweet, and they really look at your dental health comprehensively and with the long term in mind. My last dentist was overlooking a lot and giving me half-baked cleanings. I knew something was off because the appointments were too quick and I didn’t feel fully examined. When I first visited Serenity, Dr.Nair really dug into my X-rays and did a pocket depth examination and determined I was suffering from gum recession and early grade bone loss. They got me all sorted out with a comprehensive plan to help stop the damage and protect my teeth moving forward. Each visit they’re so warm, gentle, and thorough. Can’t recommend this practice enough!

Five stars all the way! This is by far the best dental office I've ever been to I take my family there and the love it. The team is efficient, kind, and genuinely cares about their patients. From the front desk to the dental chair, the whole process was seamless. I'm so happy with the results of my cleaning and will definitely be back.
